Where do you ship AI servers?
We supply and deliver AI servers and hardware solutions exclusively to European destinations. We do not export or ship goods outside of Europe (such as Asia, the Americas, or the Middle East).
Eligible delivery destinations include:
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom (UK), and Vatican.
If your company is registered or requires delivery outside of these countries, we are unable to process your order or quotation.
Why are we using NVIDIA GPUs for AI computation?
GPUs overachieved CPUs in AI computation years ago and NVIDIA was the leading company for both hardware and software development for AI. Nowadays, the vast majority of AI devolopers build the applications on NVIDIA technologies.
Do you offer special pricing for edu or research organizations?

Do you offer special pricing for AI start-ups?
Yes, NVIDIA offers an Inception program with special pricing for selected NVIDIA AI GPUs and access to technical resources within the program. Select your configuration in our AI server configurator and send us your quote. We will provide you with an updated pricing with all promotions included.
What type of warranty is included with the AI servers?
Our AI servers come with a standard 3 year warranty and 9x5 remote support.
Can you offer a special configuration of an AI server?
Yes, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can provide you with a tailored configuration for your needs. We are also working with the leading server vendors – Lenovo, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Fujitsu, Supermicro, ASUS, Gigabyte, QCT to fit your requirements.
Do you support NVIDIA gaming cards in AI servers?
No. Gaming GPUs (e.g. NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090) are not supported in server deployment. EULA to NVIDIA GeForce software strictly says: No Datacenter Deployment in Chapter 2.1.3 Limitations. You may also face overheating and system stability issues of GeForce cards as the cooling is not designed for placement in server chassis.
What are delivery dates for AI servers?
We usually deliver our AI servers in 4-6 weeks after receiving a purchase order. At the moment, there are longer delivery dates for some NVIDIA GPUs. We are getting the latest status and advise possible transitions. We can also work directly with NVIDIA to escalate your orders in case of urgency.
How to easily write AI applications?
NVIDIA is not a GPU-only company anymore. You can see its focus shifting towards AI hardware and AI software; NVIDIA AI software portfolio covers dozens of AI use cases – users can simply download application containers from NVIDIA NGC to their AI server and start developing their own AI application in minutes.
How to create ChatGPT like applications?
The easiest way is to use our DGX Cloud offering. There are many computation resources and trained NVIDIA experts available. You can start to train and deploy your LLMs in minutes.
What is the NVIDIA Elite partnership?
NVIDIA Elite partners achieved the highest level of partnership, reserved for partners that demonstrate the highest level of commitment and skills to the NVIDIA portfolio. The company that operates the aiserver.eu portal, M Computers, has been a holder of the NVIDIA Elite Partner status for several years now.
Is aiserver.eu more of an online shop or a configurator?
Aiserver.eu is more configurator than shop. We try to discuss and tune every configuration with our clients to ensure it is best for each AI use case and also to optimize the pricing and include all vendor price pomotions the to final quote.
Do you offer trainings to develop AI applications?
Yes, we are working with NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute to provide you the best of class trainings of AI application development – on-line courses or instructor-led workshops.
Could you propose complete solution of AI infrastructure?
Yes. We are specialized on design, delivery and implementation of complex HPC and AI infrastructure. It includes consultations to server configurations, interconnect networks and storage desing as well as software stack to deploy and manage the whole infrastructure. We can also design NVIDIA DGX POD reference architecture with NVIDIA DGX systems, NVIDIA networking, selected storage and entire NVIDIA software stack.
